Born in Cameroon, West Africa, Mr. Rene Fontcha graduated from the University of Yaoundé, Cameroon with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Business Administration in 1994. His quest for higher education led him to the Norwegian School of Economics (Norges Handelshøyskole – NHH), Bergen, Norway where he later graduated with an MBA before moving to the United States.
With over 20 years of experience in all phases of sales, design, development, and implementation of IT solutions, Mr. Fontcha is a highly skilled technical sales professional with a proven track record of marketing and selling highly complex, multi-million dollar sales opportunities with sound technical solutions that address business requirements. He is currently working in this role at Oracle Corporation as Master Principal Sales Consultant.
Mr. Fontcha joined the Ivory Club in 2012 and has greatly contributed to establishing and maintaining the digital presence of the organization. He currently serves as the Secretary of the organization and is married with Kids.
